Why is Brazilian Butt Lift so Popular?

Everyone wants to rock their most favorite pair of jeans or they just want a fuller, more even appearance of their buttock area. With a Brazilian Butt Lift, we can give you that shape you have been dreaming of! Maybe age has worked its magic and has reduced the shape or volume of your buttock, but Dr. Michael Desvigne can help give you the buttocks you have always wanted. You won’t have to be shy of your genetics any longer, because you will finally be able to shake what your mama may (or may not) have given you.

What is a Brazilian Butt Lift?

This treatment can help shape and increase the size of the buttock area. You can use a solid silicone implant or you can use the method of fat transfer from other parts of your body to your buttock area.

By using silicone implants for your buttock augmentation they are inserted beneath or on top of the gluteal muscles. Silicone implants provide an immediate result of increased volume that is permanent.

When using the fat transfer method, you will remove fat from one of your trouble areas by liposuction and move it to your buttock. The best part is that a Brazilian Butt Lift, also known as Gluteal Augmentation, is an outpatient procedure.

What to Expect During the Recovery Period of a Brazilian Butt Lift

After your Brazilian Butt Lift, a compression garment is advised to be worn at all times. This garment will help support the new contour and reduce the swelling. Over several weeks, the swelling will begin to calm down.

After your surgery, there will be some activity restrictions for a few weeks. The number one question we get asked after surgery is, “when can I take a shower?” You can shower 48 hours after your surgery. Make sure to place your compression garment back on and keep the incision area dry after showering.
